        Preparation and Grinding

        After the concrete floor has cured (typically 15 to 21 days), the surface is ground using various grits of pads (metal or PVC) to remove surface imperfections and prepare it for further treatment.

        Application of Densification Chemicals

        Densification chemicals are applied to the floor to increase surface density, improve hardness, and seal the floor. This step enhances the floor's durability and resistance to dust.

        Polishing

        The floor is polished using a series of finer grit pads, gradually increasing from coarse to fine (up to #3000), depending on the desired finish (matte or glossy). This step results in a smooth, shiny, and dust-free surface.
